North Creek, NY, Aug 05, 2010 — Hundreds of runners are expected to compete in the annual "Race the Train" run in North Creek this Saturday, August 7. It's a fundraiser for the "Dollars for Scholars" program. The money helps local students pursue their college studies. Todd Moe spoke with organizer Ann Arsenault about the 9th annual race. She says a new addition this year is a pasta dinner for runners on Friday night.
