Pataki Postpones Manhattan Stadium Vote

(11/23/04) Writer and editor Bibi Wein's credits include daytime serials for CBS, NBC, ABC and articles and essays for a variety of magazines, including Adirondack Life. The Olmstedville resident, who divides her time between a Manhattan apartment and a log cabin in the Adirondacks, is out with a new book, The Way Home - A Wilderness Odyssey. Within the first dozen pages, Bibi and her partner, Bob, are lost in the woods on a mid-summer evening. But Bibi told Todd Moe that her book is more than a story of getting lost. It tells of love, loss, humor and discovery in the Adirondacks.

(04/03/02) SUNY-Plattsburgh art students are teaming up to help some New York City artists who lost their studios in the World Trade Center on September 11th. The artists lost their life's work, equipment and materials. As Jody Tosti reports, SUNY-Plattsburgh students and faculty are hosting a silent auction to benefit their fellow artists.
